In this week's episode of Sake Unplugged, Giulia is shining the spotlight on Cindy, to learn more about her weekend spent brewing sake at Miyoshikiku Shuzo in Shikoku Island!
Cindy joined a 2-day sake brewing experience with a small group over the Golden Week weekend, where she was able to look into (almost) every aspect of sake making. From steaming the rice, making koji, to bottling sake she got to see and do it all and is ready to report back on what it was really like!
