Why? Because the sake is just so good!
But also because it is such a creative brewery. With countless products and some of the coolest labels on the market, Miyoshikiku is one of the rebels of the industry. With some, really interesting ideas, Mamiya-san, Toji, and the owner has even been quoted that he wants to make sake for people who do not like sake.
It is definitely an interesting concept and the sake resulting from it speaks for itself. Topped off with unconventional labels, this brewery has gotten itself quite a fanbase!
