Now in Sake Labels Part 2, our hosts are taking the conversation one step further, this time focusing on the design and ultimately what makes us choose a sake, or not. This includes personal preference, but also history, research, and more often than not experience. As you may have guessed, it is not as straightforward as one might wish it to be.
