In this week's episode of Sake Unplugged, Cindy and Giulia are welcoming yet another guest to the show, actually, this is not correct as this week two guests join them, Kim Roxas and Josh Hembree from Setting Sun Sake in San Diego, to be precise!
The first-ever Sake Brewery chats on Sake Unplugged, but do not worry there are plenty more to come. However, this is a special one as the challenges presented to these guys are extremely unique and their ideology is somewhat wilder than what you may find in a traditional sake brewing environment.
