Episode 5 - Working in a Sake Brewery


In this week's episode of Sake Unplugged, Cindy is shining the spotlight on Giulia, to learn more about her time brewing sake!


Currently working at Itakura Shuzo, in Shimane Prefecture, Giulia has been spending the last month working along with the regular staff at the sake brewery and she has been loving it so much, she even extended her stay. From making Kimoto to getting the Koji ready, she has been involved in every step and is sharing what it is like, as well as giving some insights on working in a brewery from the perspective of a foreigner and a woman...
