Andy is a sake brewer, currently working at Kenbishi in Hyogo Pref. and author of the website Origin Sake, where he uncovers the many fascinating and complex aspects of sake.
Jim is a freelance translator and a passionate sake expert, especially when it comes to the sake from the Yamaguchi Pref., for which you can find all info on his website Yamaguchi Sake. He is also the author of the book Discovering Yamaguchi Sake: A Taster’s Guide to Breweries, Culture, and Terrain.
Together they host a very insightful podcast that will take you beyond common sake knowledge!
Our hosts were also really intrigued to hear about the guys' stories and how they got to meet and decided to start a podcast together.
